How Does a Virtual Scavenger Hunt Work, Anyway?
Great question! You create a document with a list of tasks, challenges and objectives that can be completed by participants online. Then, your attendees set out on an adventure to complete as many tasks as possible before time runs out. Fun, right?
You can either create small teams who work together on their adventure, or if you have a smaller group, make it every man (or person) for himself (or themselves)!
What Can a Scavenger Hunt Do for My Event?

Try Some Spunky Twists
- Establish an alluring prize for your winner(s). This can be a great opportunity to highlight your sponsors by offering their services or products as prizes! Plus, incentives hold power. Trust us, we know.
- If you split up your participants into teams, consider grouping together folks who are unfamiliar. This can give unlikely pairings an opportunity to connect!
- Try using your scavenger hunt as a pre-event social media game, with a new challenge each day. Use an event-specific hashtag to boost your page’s engagement while generating hype for your event!
