How do we store your data?
Our client information is stored on secure, company specific google drive accounts. Partner organizations independently store information that they may require, which we are permitted to specifically access from time to time to carry out the usage reporting and other objectives outlined above.
Client information existing in the “spaces” environment also persists on dedicated AWS servers for the purposes of delivery of our events. (See Technology Partners) above, which we are permitted to specifically access from time to time to carry out the usage reporting and other objectives outlined above.
Our Company may retain your personal information and conference usage data for a period of no greater than five years following your last interaction with us, with the exception of continuing education credit information and supporting documentation, which will be stored for the working duration of the organization.
Relationship data identified by partner organizations and other users of the service (such as in chat @mentions) will be maintained for the duration of the public record.
